Larger remodels or full builds go on a project calendar — typically 2–4 weeks out depending on season and material lead times. Storm damage is prioritized. Josh will give you a realistic start date at the estimate, not a vague "we'll be in touch."

Yes. Second Chance Construction LLC is a registered LLC operating in Ohio, and we carry general liability insurance on every job. If your lender, HOA, or insurance company needs documentation before work begins, just ask and we'll provide it. Never feel awkward asking a contractor for proof of insurance — any legitimate operation will hand it over without hesitation.

For projects that require permits — structural work, additions, certain roofing replacements — Second Chance Construction handles the permit application as part of the project scope. We've worked with Delaware County building inspectors before and know what they need. You won't be left chasing paperwork on your own. We'll tell you upfront if a permit is required and factor that into the timeline and cost estimate.
